# Why do you use Zoom and not other video conferencing solutions out there?

What makes you use Zoom instead of Google Hangouts or Skype, for instance? I haven't been able to find any particular features that would make me pay for Zoom but I guess the main reason I keep using it is because a lot of my friends / business people I talk to use it as well so it makes everything easier. I've been a long-time user of Google Hangouts and haven't really had any issues with it, as I still use it when I'm not using Zoom. What are your thoughts on this?

Google Hangout is alright when it comes to just Video conferencing with others. Zoom provides you with more functionality that are also free. Both Google Hangout and Zoom require the person running the meetings to have an account.
