Time and again, the changes in those patterns have proven a good indicator of emerging trends and a strong reflection of change in software markets. The current global crisis caused by COVID-19 is, unsurprisingly, creating a large shift to tools that support remote work.

Skype and Spark are only similar in the video chat side. I feel like business should not use Skype for business purposes. Spark is more end user friendly allowing better production. The Skype has a personal or non professional feel to it. Also with Spark everything can be monitored and recorded and easily controllable by the administrators.

Question on: Webex Suite
WebEx mobile app question
I'd like to start using WebEx more, but the mobile app has mixed reviews in the iOS App Store. Does anyone have any experience using it with either Apple or Android devices? I also use Skype and GoToMeeting, depending on which client I'm speaking with, and want to know if there are any benefits to the WebEx mobile app.
