# Is there an oprion of sending reminders before the meeting?

Suppose the meeting is tommorow, so, instead of only getting one mail at the time of meeting creation, can I send reminders automatically?

Consider using a 3rd party service like https://www.greminders.com.   It will send email or text/sms reminders to your participants.   Can include the Webex link for quick joining and should reduce the no shows quite a bit.

You can set reminder at scheduling the date and any time before the conference date/ time as an host. Attendee can also set reminder on their calendar. it's pretty much flexible.

Yes, you can send reminders.  we always had ours set to do two reminders with the first one being 15 minutes prior to meeting time and the second for 5 minutes prior.  It popped up on the screen in email
