How do i show a website, document, video, and/or photo and communicate with attendees?
To share website/ photo: Zoom has the “Share Screen” option. When you select “Share Screen”, you can choose what you want attendees to see: a specific app, a specific browser, or your entire screen.
With sharing YouTube, you have to share your screen and go back into options to share Audio for attendees to hear what sounds you are playing.
Sharing documents: do you mean sharing a view of documents or something else?

I have a classroom of high school students that uses Zoom for class, now. I created my Zoom meetings for each day of class. One of the options I select is that I want to share the link to my Google calendar. If not Google calendar, copy the meeting information and paste it to your own calendar. The important thing is that you copy the entire Zoom link they created because it has two important information in that link: the meeting ID & the encrypted password. All Zoom meetings have a mandatory password component.

Is there any way to disable the use of the annotation tools for my students without effecting my ability to use them!
During presentations I would like to have the annotation tools available to me but not my students. Some students are taking the opportunity to mark up the screen during the presentation. Is there any way to disable their tools without disabling my capabilities?

Hey Lynette,
The age of technology during this time period has been very challenging between teachers and students. What you want is located in your SETTINGS.
Go here:
Settings
PERSONAL > Settings > Meetings
Go to ANNOTATION
In order for you to continue using ANNOTATION, you must have this option TOGGLED ON.
Look for CHECKBOX saying "By default, only the user who is sharing can annotate." Make sure this CHECKBOX is selected.
This will allow only you to ANNOTATE.
