Shower, shave, brush your teeth, dress and even put on a bitof cologne/perfume so that YOU feel fresher and more at-work... AND so that THOSE AROUND YOU at home feel special and there's a greater since of normality for all of you.

I shared the following with my followers on IG last week: CREATE A SCHEDULE; if this isn’t something you were doing pre-Corona, now is a GREAT time to get it started. When making a schedule, realize that it should be as fluid as possible. You want to set expectations for everyone – the babies included – but remember that LIFE does happen, so it’s ok if you eat lunch at 12:30 instead of 12pm on the dot! ALTERNATE TASKS: if you’ve got a partner at home, consider alternating who does what each day. Doing this, allows each of you the opportunity to get work done as well as take some time for yourselves and break up the monotony of doing the same thing over and over. If you’re single, decide – early on – what HAS to be done and what can wait. As Busy #BossQueens, we tend to try to get EVERYTHING done, TODAY! Learn what NEEDS to be done today and what can HONESTLY wait until tomorrow, and then DO THAT! TAKE BREAKS: although you’re working at home, you should still factor in taking breaks. A mid-morning or afternoon break to get up, walk around, stretch is cool. And PLEASE, for all that is holy, take that Lunch break! If while at work, you took an hour for lunch, do the same while at home. Yes, you want to ensure you get the work done, but you do NOT want to overdo it or overwhelm yourself/add to the stress. BE PATIENT: this is a stressful time and so you may notice that you’re on edge more than usual. Be mindful that as much as you – and your partner – are stressed, those babies are as well. Learn how to Relax, Relate, & Release.

Make sure to take breaks!

Taking breaks for sure. Use your normal morning routine as well. That will get you into your work mindset. Get outside if you can and get some fresh air.

you could make use of webex aide which remembers throughout a meeting as well as if you do not want to share the records that is fine.

During a meeting, one or more meeting participants with access to the notes feature can take notes on the Notes panel in the meeting window. If all participants are allowed to take notes, they cannot publish their notes to others during the meeting. However, participants can save their notes at any time during the meeting. The meeting host can select the single note taker during the meeting. A single note taker can publish notes at any time during the meeting or send a meeting transcript containing the notes to all participants.

The Notes panel is not as easy to find as Chat. You can find Notes under the "More Options" button when in a meeting. Like Ron S. mentioned, you can save those to your computer anytime, but it should ask whether you want to save your Notes before leaving or ending a meeting as well.

If the meeting host or presenter has selected the option to allow participants to take personal notes, you can type your notes on the Notes panel in the meeting window

Additionally, you can also do the same thing with whiteboards, but the instructor/host has to allow permissions for users to be able to save. Otherwise the instructor can just download the whiteboard and email it. Alternate strategy is designating a note taker. Designate a note taker If the single note taker or closed captions option is set for a meeting, you can designate any participant or closed captionist to be the note taker. When scheduling a meeting, you can set the notes option, or a presenter can set the notes option during a meeting. Step 1 On the Participants panel, select the participant you want to designate as note taker. Step 2 Change their role as follows: Windows: Right-click and then select Change Role To > Note Taker. Mac: Select ctrl and then click; then select Change Role To > Note Taker. A pencil indicator appears to the right of the participant's name in the participant list. Note If you select another note taker or closed captionist, any notes or closed captions that the previous note taker or closed captionist published remain on each participant's Notes or Closed Caption panel. However, the new note taker or closed captionist cannot edit the existing notes or closed captions. Manage and Take Notes During a meeting, one or more meeting participants with access to the notes feature can take notes on the Notes or Closed Caption panel in the Meeting window. Only one participant performs closed captioning. If all participants are allowed to take notes, they cannot publish their notes to others during the meeting. However, participants can save their notes at any time during the meeting. The meeting host can select the single note taker during the meeting. A single note taker can publish notes at any time during the meeting or send a meeting transcript containing the notes to all participants. If needed, the host can also select a closed captionist. A closed captionist can publish captions in real-time during the meeting and can also send a transcript containing the captions to all participants. Note

The files which are shared we can save them. But we can not takw notes.

you could use webex assistant which takes notes during a meeting and if you do not wish to share the transcript that is fine

Yes i hope they will. It’s a good light weight software with all features.

I have not checked back in with them as I have been using zoom, webex and ms teams, but they better be on point now
