Question on: Microsoft Teams

you are right, on a desktop, would not say the same for android devices.

Question on: Zoom Workplace
What would you do to make best use of zoom??
You should make your internet better and be sure that you using it for good purpose. It should never be use for exploitation of anyone's feeling or thing.
I'm not sure exactly what you are asking, but for any video platform, do not have other programs open on your computer at the same time. Make sure not to have pop ups, if possible, have your computer plugged into the internet through ethernet cord and use the largest screen available to you to be able to see people well. Hope this helps.
As long as you have the best Internet connection, ZOOM is the best tool to communicate with people locally and globally. Taking advantage of the tools provided such as screen sharing and chatting are available to make your experience enjoyable. As a teacher, I make the best out of these. Ask questions while sharing a document and use the chat for the answers.
During Covit 19 period, the people widely use zoom including me. Sometimes we face difficulties in poor internet connection and bad weather or heavy rain. We communicate each other, together dance zumba, make meeting and teach students and soon.
They should allow more time for the conferences because if they are cut short due to lack of time, people will switch to another application.
