Is it possible to customise the number of notifications a user can see in the feed?

Default it is stored for 1 month, so users have a manageable feed. But it is very much customizable.

Is it possible to use Slack Block Kit through SuprSend? How do I pass variables in Slack template?

Yes, you can use Slack Block Kit with SuprSend notification infrastructure. For passing additional variables, you can use our additional capability, be sending the variable in JSON payload, and our product creates the rest.

Will it be possible to disable a specific channel for a notification that is in the workflow with SuprSend notification api?

Yes, you can disable the channel from SuprSend dashboard by clicking on 'Disable Channel' button for any channel inside a 'Template' section. It's possible with our notification API.
