We are pretty struggle when we submit payroll, the earning code for "Salary" vs "Regular". Current setup is "Regular" regardless of FLSA. Is there any way can automate the earning code as "Salary" for exempt employee and "Regular" for non-exempt employee? Right now, our administrators have to manually input "Salary" which is very time consuming. After the payroll, I have to generate internal reports which allocate "Salary" and "Regular(Hourly)". I believe, many company is hoping to have automate "Salary" and "Regular". Thank you.
I have several Spanish speaking employees that need assistance because they don't read English. ..especially in Onboarding. I would also like to see a notice of the e-mail that is generated with Onboarding gets rejected or returned. I have had several instances where the e-mail wasn't entered correctly so they never received the initial e-mails with login information.
The issue I have with When I work so far is that if I want to change the same item on multiple individuals' shifts at one location (which is one schedule in the tool). It is not intuitive to me how I would do this. So for now I have to change each individual's shift separately. For example, if we though we were opening that location at 11 am next week, so I have a ton of shifts with that start time, and now we want to open a 10am, what is an efficient way to make this change?
