# How do I spit out a report that shows tardiness?

We are trying to better track late punches on our time clock

Hello Matt!

To do something like that, you are essentially going to want to customize an Exception Summary report. To do so, go to Reports > Period Reports > Payroll category > Exception Summary. From there, you can click the Settings button and choose to "Filter to include only certain exceptions" and choose the tardy exceptions.

That report can also be saved so the configurations are ready for you periodically. If you have any issues with this, please contact Support at 325.223.9300 and they would be happy to assist.
