Question on: TestRail
What is TestRail?
TestRail is a tool for managing the software testing process from start to finish. Simply put, you can use TestRail to:
(1) Document your test cases. Organize test cases into test suites.
(2) Create a test run. You'll use this to capture the results of a single round of testing.
(3) Create test plans to schedule a test run with different configurations and platforms
(3) Assign test runs to specific testers for execution.
(4) Enter the results of manual testing in real-time, or capture test results from an integrated test automation tool like Ranorex Studio.
(5) Produce reports on the status and progress of your testing efforts.
TestRail is very flexible, so it works for both small and large teams, and for all types of testing including exploratory sessions and automated testing.
