Question on: QMetry Test Management
1. How can I link incidents automatically? 2. Is it possible to get the count of the number of times an incident is returned to development?
1. It is possible that when reporting a bug in a TestRun, it automatically gets linked to the TestRun where it was reported. Currently, we have to link the issues manually. 2. Is there any metric that allows me to count the number of times a bug-type issue is returned to development or to a column on the board?

1. [English Translated Question] It is possible that when reporting a bug in a TestRun, it is automatically linked to the TestRun where it was reported, we must currently link the incidents manually.
[Answer] Yes. When an incident is created from Test Run Execution, it will be linked to the Test Case and can also be seen on the Test Case Issue detail page under the Test Run section. You can reach out on support@qmetry.com for more details.
2. [English Translated Question] There is some metric that allows me to count the number of times a bug incident is returned to development or to a column on the board.
[Answer] You can use 2 dimensional Jira chart to obtain the same.
