Hey, Guillaume!
Yes, we do have help desk departments using ClickUp, both for IT an non-IT related needs.
We have features perfect for setting-up your workflow!
Help Desk ticketing can be set up using Form view, which provides a public form that can be used for client requests. Form view allows you to build a form with customized fields perfect for producing tasks with ample information!
How to add a Form View
1. Open your desired Space, Folder, or List
2. Add a new view with the + button
3. Select Form
Please note that creating a Form view on a List will use that List as the destination. While creating a Form view on a Folder or Space level will prompt you to select a List.
These forms will become tasks that your team can then use to manage, prioritize, collaborate on, and track work. We have a great on-demand webinar on Form view you can find here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0zXCinB8tyQ&feature=youtu.be
Within the List that your form tasks are created, you can set up Automations as well! This will allow you to automatically assign the new tasks to the right people, set statuses, and more!
How to Create an Automation
1. Open a List
2. Locate the Automation icon next to the List title
3. Click +Add Automation
4. Choose a prebuilt Automation OR create a custom Automation
5. Modify your Trigger
6. If on the Business Plan, add Conditions
7. Choose your Action (Add multiple Actions on the Business Plan)
8. Create your Automation!
Check out this doc for more info about Automations!
Lastly, we're planning on adding a ticketing system in the future, so keep an eye out for that!

Hey, Sean!
This is a great question, and I'd be happy to explain how ClickUp is doing in today's industry and market.
When it comes to the sustainability and stability of our business, our leadership team takes a very bold and transparent stance on building an exceptional and long-lasting company.
First, our company is indeed profitable and cash flow positive (in an industry where none of our competitors can say this). This has been at the heart of our founders' views on sustainability and ensuring the long-term viability of the business.
Second, we are backed by some of the world's best investment institutions (Craft Ventures & Georgian Partners) which have invested in companies like Shopify, Uber, Airbnb, and Slack.
Third, from a traction standpoint, we grew over 700% last year and are continuing to grow faster every day. We have over 2 million users in our platform from small businesses up to the largest enterprises in the world.
Our entire team of over 150 happy employees (and growing) is aligned on building a profitable and enduring company — no matter the market conditions.
Third, ClickUp is packed full of features allowing YOU to choose your own workflows and become more productive. We've seen countless companies and teams transition to ClickUp with no problem!
The features we add are methodical and well-structured as to only provide a benefit to our users.

Question on: ClickUp
what is the best way to show completion and progress in a projectHey, Ibrahim!
I'd be happy to help you here!
We highly recommend using task statuses to track progress of your work. They are highly customizable by name and color, and all team members can see the statuses per task.
If you're using Lists for each project, you can also use List colors on our Dashboard Portfolio widget just like you can task statuses. Custom names and colors allow you to signify how complete a project is based on the completed tasks. The Portfolio widget already tracks this for you, so it's even easier!
If you're looking to track additional progress per task, we have the automatic or manual progress custom field too, which you can edit yourself if using manual. If using the automatic progress one, it will update when assigned comments, subtasks, or checklist items are completed.
Let us know if you need any other help too!
