Bullhorn often has issues with crashing or slow. Biggest suggestion is to continually report these issues to Bullhorn Helpdesk. Yes, you can use the job board publishing to connect Bullhorn to Job Boards such as Zip Recruiter (though I am not sure about LinkedIn). The system administrator for your organization will have to set this up.

I am not sure what data you are referring to exactly. If you are referring to entering an address or something in CRM and it is not transferring to HRM, if it is only happening with specific people it could be that one of the boxes is not checked in their preferences. Sometimes if 2 people apply with the same email address, it saves everything under the 1st email address and nothing under the 2nd email address. I hope this helps!
