Question on: Cyara Platform
How to get CX Models utilized in daily testing practice?
CX Models and Modules are being upgraded with lot features by Cyara. But this is yet to be utilized well by the QA. How to shift the path forward of a tester from individual test case scripting to the CX Model based design and test cases auto-generation?

Naveen, There are several ways to shift forward to leverage the CX Models from the QA team.
The first method is to leverage the CX Model, as the visual design and customer journey map. Meaning created the CX model in place of a traditional visual tool like Visio. By laying out the journey in the CX model the developers can leverage the test cases as they code to ensure things are working as designed. The QA team will be able to leverage and expand upon the test cases generated from the CX Model.
This would start all the way back in the design phase of the project. it is a mind shift to think about testing prior to writing the code.
The second way to leverage the CX models for the QA team would be to leverage the crawling / auto discovery function of the CX Model. This is used in cases where the coding was done and now we need to build the test case library. By calling from Cyara CX Model each journey can be documented and test cases can be auto-generated.
The QA team can now run the different tests and test accounts multiple times to ensure the goals and tests are completed and successful.
One of our customers talked at our xChange2020 online event about their journey to automation. https://cyara.com/lp/xchange-2020-session-replays/
I would recommend watching the session Automated Testing for the IVR by Mark Shaw for some additional insights.

Question on: TestRail
Mobile version will come?
A mobile version is convenient for consulting various essential information during business trips, so that you always have everything at hand.

Hey Alexander,
Thanks for your post.
TestRail is a standard web application, so you would already be able to access it from mobile devices such as tablets. So there would be no need to have a separate ‘app’ for TestRail, as you can already access and use TestRail from a tablet etc.
However, this would generally work better with a tablet or larger screen sizes. We do have an open feature request to add a UI that would work with smaller screens such as smartphones, and I can add your vote to it.
Please don't hesitate to write to us at contact@gurock.com in case of any additional questions and feedback.

Use trailhead within Salesforce to learn some of the basics. I found self learning with Salesforce the best use of time. You can create your own trail on the topics that you want to complete and then it will recommend best next steps. It will depend how you want to improve customer relationship management, is it the process, understanding data driven decisions the list is totally endless, but I would break it down into chunks and answer the following questions:
- What do you want to improve
- What does good look like
It could be as simple as improving a case layout, so you want to look at objects and fields, or it could be about dashboards and reporting

A beginner should start by learning the overview of Salesforce and its business processes. The first step is to understand the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, as these are the core components of Salesforce. Once you grasp these, you will have a good understanding of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) process.
Salesforce also provides a built-in learning platform called Trailhead. You can sign up for a free Trailhead account and explore the basic modules on CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
These modules will guide you through:
1. What Salesforce is and how it works
2. How to create objects, fields, and records
3. The fundamentals of managing sales and service processes
This forms the foundation for moving into more advanced Salesforce features and customizations.
