G2 Launches New Attribute for Its Heatmap Tools Category
In this growing competitive digital world, where companies compete for user attention and time, tracking website traffic is essential for businesses to collect the necessary data to understand how visitors interact with their websites. Capturing how potential customers navigate a website has been an integral part of heatmap tools. These tools are important for usability testing to optimize websites and engage visitors.

Why Most Businesses’ Mobile Presence Failed
Digitalization is the key to success for many businesses today, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. As businesses establish their online presence, many web designers and developers need to focus more on the mobile user experience rather than the desktop user experience. This is because there are more mobile web users than desktop.

Question on: Smartlook
Is there any reason why smartlook would not record some portions of the user session?
In one of the support items, our team member reached out to you to debug why the session did not have a particular action. Our team did not provide the url which was accessed by the user since it was confidential. We wanted to know if there is anything else we could understand from you on these cases in future.
Hi Inbaraj,
We’d like to look into this for you but we’d need some more details about this specific case. Please reach out to our support team at support@smartlook.com and they’ll be happy to explore this further.
Best,
Lara

Question on: Smartlook
What's the best approach for using smart look for mobile app optimisation ?
Hi Joshua,
There are many different approaches you could take but here is our suggestion. You could first leverage automated insights like heatmaps and behavior flows as you can get insights from this right away when you start recording. Then you can go deeper and set up custom events to get a better idea of what is going on and use those events for funnel analytics. You may even be able to identify issues from the behavior flows and can then find out what is happening by using funnels to track the same route.
We hope this helps!

I am engaged in testing various applications for online casinos. It is in this area that thorough testing is very important, so that all possible details are taken into account. For example, I found a lot of information about casino apps here https://goodappstudio.com and was able to learn more about the different bonuses they offer and other technical parameters. There's actually a whole list of these applications, where you can read about each of them in detail and decide whether or not they're right for the game.

Question on: LogRocket
How could I use session recording within an automated selenium test to generate user manuals?
Being able to record end-users is great. What if we could use the same technique of DOM event recording to record changes in automated tests where the video output generates "how to" manuals via our acceptance testing.
