Many of which have never used Awardspring and thus don't know it's full capability. We want to make our process even more efficient by helping these users and administrators understand more about Awardspring, we are just unsure of how to go about this. I would recommend taking a look at the Help Center (bottom tab on the left-hand side of the screen when you are signed in). There are a lot of resources there, including links where users can learn about site functionality, videos/webinars on a variety of topics , and how-do documents. You could either pick what to share during training sessions or have staff view on their own accord. That was the most common problem encountered by my judges. Hi Jeannette, Diya from Award Force here. What you have described if not unusual! Some file formats such as PDFs, video/audio, ZIP, EPS and more cannot be opened in browsers and are automatically downloaded to the user's computer. Other file formats such as image files will open straight away. Then some like Word Doc or Excel will depend on the browser your judge is using and if it supports those files. You could say, file behaviour is at the browser's mercy! If you could send us more information on what type of files your judges had issues with, we will happy to troubleshoot with you.
