We are in charge of managing a lot of different branches of our organization. Many of which have never used Awardspring and thus don't know it's full capability. We want to make our process even more efficient by helping these users and administrators understand more about Awardspring, we are just unsure of how to go about this.

I would recommend taking a look at the Help Center (bottom tab on the left-hand side of the screen when you are signed in). There are a lot of resources there, including links where users can learn about site functionality, videos/webinars on a variety of topics , and how-do documents. You could either pick what to share during training sessions or have staff view on their own accord.

I'd also encourage you to reach out to our support team ("support" button at the bottom right of each page). We're always happy to do additional administrative training sessions for no charge.
