Question on: RocketReach
What's the best way to sort and build a curated list to look up 100+ contacts at one time?
Is there a way to save a lot of time by cross referencing excel or CVS file to pull 100+ contact at once?
It would be to upload a csv file of your contacts you want to look up based on this template: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VHXj5CWsbU6e-nRbGVDCsS0jQO_zyZhvZN1pK9-96KA/edit#gid=0
The template is found in a link when you click the upload_csv file.

Question on: Hunter
Does HUNTER report when Links are opened?
Does HUNTER report when Links are opened?
Yes
Yes, they do you have to activate link tracking. Click on 'integrations' in campaign setup, enter the desired link, choose the desired action 'link clicked'. Click 'create webhook', and link tracking is activated
Hey John, Giovanni here from Hunter.
Hunter does not support link tracking at the moment so I'm afraid it is not possible to get automatic reports when links are opened.
If you have other questions, our support team will be happy to help: contact@hunter.io.

Question on: Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine)
What is the best way to account map with priority engine?
?
We help you map out the account buying team in two critical ways:
1.) Priority Engine automatically identifies the contacts who are part of the research process and prioritizes them for you based on the frequency and relevance of their research behavior. These contacts are your key champions to help you get in the door, and are typically involved in the shortlisting process.
2.) While it’s common for some final decision-makers (FDMs) to conduct research on their own, we also know there are situations where the FDMs may assign research to someone on his or her team. We know that these TDMs/FDMs are people that you eventually need to engage to win the deal. In addition to TechTarget's Active Prospects (the people doing the research), we provide these additional contacts at the account who may not be actively researching, but have job functions that align with key decision-maker roles. As an example, we may include the CIO or VP of IT even though they are not currently researching, because we know they may be involved in the final purchase decision. Our internal algorithm that selects these decision-maker roles based on market insights, the specific technology category, and data we’ve acquired from the thousands of technology decision maker interviews we conduct every year.
The primary goal of our approach is to leverage TechTarget’s contact-level behavioral data to help you expedite the account mapping process and make it easier and more effective. By focusing on the champions who are involved in the research process, our customers find that it’s easier to break into challenging accounts and secure meetings with the entire buying team.
