However, you can download your visit frequencies as follows: 1) Navigate to the Calendar tab 2) Download the "Visit Frequency" Import: This is only available for account managers, but if he is a field rep then he can ask his account manager to download it by going to Settings-\>Imports-\>Import Visit frequencies -\> Download all (.xlsx) 3) Click on the customer itself to see his visit frequency as well, both on the web and on the app. I tried to include some images to help you but am unable to via G2.
