I then have to deal with a bunch of emails back and forth about new units. I should be able to go to your website and say, "I need 4 new units". OK when do you need them? "I need them tomorrow". OK here is your tracking number. "Great!". Ya know, like that. Yes, we have that problem too. did they ask you to sign a contract extension too? the reason for this is technically they aren't selling you the units. they still own the units and they are letting you use them or renting them to you as part of the service. if you ever cancel, you will have to buy the units. It is better to invest in developing your new solutions than to support legacy platforms.
