The Pros and Cons of Different Automation Types
The concept of automation is straightforward: create tools that perform tasks with minimal human involvement. And the motivation for more automation is simple: Companies can do more with less. “More” means companies can sell and deliver a higher volume of products and services than ever before. “Less” refers to the fact that, thanks to automation, fewer resources are required.

Question on: Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation
Sometimes when bot is running, I noticed that error screenshots as blank or black screen. Why?
when bot is running, I noticed that it failed at some point but getting error screenshots as blank or black screen.
maybe internet slow. when the screen flickering the white screen appears, on that time screenshot will be taken
I agree that it is possibly a timing issue. you may need to insert a small delay at the top of your error handling task, maybe specific to the page(s)/window(s) the blank screen shots occur at. Can you inject an error at those blank screen shot points to test out the timing?
It's happened a few times with our bots as well. Usually it happens for us when the network goes down or the connection from the control room to the client is lost which is what caused the error to begin with.
multiple reasons - process lag, application lag, internet speed, application up / down, bot not scheduled properly etc.
Display adapter driver update issues, or issues with recent updates or installations.

Question on: Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation
Can we use Automation Anywhere for Hand written or image reading for invoices
We received invoice in multiple format hand written or typed and in mutiple language , can we use this information with BOTS to process the invoices
IQBot can be useful to deal with scanned invoice images but for the handwritten documents, it can read up to some extent only based on the document quality.
Honestly, this is very hard to pull off. You can probably read hand written and scanned documents with IQBots, but the issue with that is most of the text will be unreadable and even the readable part is really dependent on the quality of the document and the handwriting of the person.
Digital Invoices / Scanned Invoices can be digitized using IQ bot. But handwritten Invoices face a number of challenges including the quality & legibility of handwriting, quality of scan which reduces the accuracy rate. Hence, it may not be worthwhile for handwritten invoices
Fir image reading for invoices, IQBot is the best solution. For Handwritten documents, it depends upon the clarity in writing, however the failure ratio will be on higher side only.
