what stands out most to me is how easy it is to manage remote endpoints without needing on‑prem infrastructure or a VPN, and how reliable the automated patching and built‑in remote access tools are for day‑to‑day support. The platform gives clear visibility into hardware, software, and vulnerabilities, and the ability to run scripts across multiple devices saves a huge amount of time. If I had to point out areas for improvement, I’d like to see more granular role‑based access controls, deeper reporting customization, and additional integrations with ticketing and security platforms to streamline workflows even further.

Suppose that we are working in a team and We encountered a slowdown issue with one of our applications, and despite our efforts, we couldn't find a solution. Interestingly, we learned that the same application was running smoothly at another station. Seeking assistance, we connected with a support person via TeamViewer. After examining the application, the support person made some adjustments to its settings, leading to a significant improvement in efficiency. We're grateful for the swift resolution and now have a more streamlined application
