FixMe.IT offers two subscription plans: monthly ($30 per seat per month) and annual ($300 per seat per year). You are paying for the number of purchased seats.
A single FixMe.IT seat allows you to connect to an unlimited number of on-demand (attended) computers and manage up to 150 unattended machines.
FixMe.IT's pricing structure is based strictly on concurrent seats. This means that a FixMe.IT seat is not tied to any specific technician or computer, and can be shared among multiple technicians or installed on any number of computers. However, each seat can be used by a single technician at a given time.
