Yes, the licenses seem too expensive to me, generally I use the free service which gives me time slots that are wide enough to resolve my clients' questions.

Thanks for your honest answer, but wouldn't you sleep better if you pay for a license? I guess you make money with your services, that's why I pay as well, its a lot, I agree, but using it daily and no downtime, its worth it.
