I’ve been helping a few hiring teams evaluate recruitment platforms not just for features but for reach, how many candidates they can actually access. In high-volume or specialized hiring, the size and quality of the candidate database can make or break your sourcing efforts. I went through G2 data and reviews, and here’s what stood out:
- Bullhorn: Has one of the largest aggregate candidate datasets (internal + external sources) with AI-search & matching features.
- Greenhouse: Strong internal candidate pools + partner networks providing access to large external profiles, though database size depends heavily on external integrations.
- Ceipal ATS: Combines ATS functionality with sourcing and candidate CRM. It integrates with multiple job boards to expand candidate reach for staffing agencies and in-house recruiters.
Other platforms often mentioned for broad candidate reach (but not in this snapshot) include LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, JobDiva, SeekOut, and Monster, all used by teams looking for a large, diverse talent pool.
