Question on: UKG Workforce Central

How do I gain access to view total personal hours, sick hours and vacation times used?

Would I be able to get this info after logging in? And when will this become available for users?

1.Log in 2. Click 'My information' 3.Click time card 4. At the bottom of this screen you'll see 4 tabs beginning with one that says totals and schedules, the next tab say "Accruals" . Click the Accruals tab. Here is where your vacation, sick time, etc will be

How can I get my employee set up to view her payroll details?

Nothing added.

Employees are always able to see their check details on their pay stub. However, if they have a direct deposit and do not receive a hard direct deposit slip, the client can request having Employee Self Service setup for them. This is something that must be requested via the client to their dedicated payroll specialist. Once the account has been setup for Employee Self Service, employees will receive emails for further setup of their account so they can access all of that information.

I need to be able to streamline onboarding processes

What is the easiest way to go from offer letter to benefits admin

Get with Paylocity regarding the Onboarding Module. We have been using it for about 2 years and have incorporated our background checks, OIG checks, handbooks, offers of employment, OSHA training, HIPAA training, and so much more. We now have recruitment as well and everything flows from recruitment to onboarding to the new hires employee profile. Well worth the money.

The do have an onboarding module, but the don't have true digitial signature yet. This doesn't serve well for legal purposes so we use DocuSign for all the documents. They claim to be working on a solution, but as of today, it does not exist. If you are fine without having a legal digitial signature on any onboarding documents, you should be fine with their program.

We just started the onboarding process and are quite pleased with it. A few people did not have sufficient resources available to them, but all worked quite well. Of course we always double check the information (especially direct deposit info) is correct to the best of our ability.
