# ADP spammed me, so I agreed to a demo, and then they ignored me

A guy named Leigh Sullivan spammed me from ADP Payroll, promising an apron (of all things) if I had a demo. So I signed up and then he ignored me and never gave me the demo, replied to my follow-up emails, or anything. What's the point of spamming people only to then ignore them? Is this how you do sales nowadays?
