Question on: RUN Powered by ADP
Why am I not getting the w=2's
W'2s can be printed out once you are allowed access to the site as a user by your company. If you are the one running payroll then you can click on an employee profile and get it from there. If you are running direct deposit then you will have to get it in this manner and distribute it accordingly. If you are getting your pay mailed to you then it should be attached to the check.
Hi John, Morico offered great advice. Your employer is required to provide you with a Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement. If your employer does not provide online access to your W-2, they must mail or hand-deliver your documents to you no later than Jan. 31. If you are not sure if you have online access, please check with your company’s HR or payroll department. Only your employer can give you online access.
If you're an employer and need help, please contact your ADP Service Team.
More info on W-2s is available in this FAQ: https://bit.ly/3MToZ9k

Question on: Deluxe Payroll and HR Solutions
How can I get out of state jobs per employee reports for workers comp
Workers comp penalizes if I can not prove hours worked out of state via payroll reports
Hello - The states would have to be departmentalized. For example – Painters – Maryland, Painter – Virginia, etc. From there we could generate a wage report that would break it up by department.

Question on: APS
Will the employee start date become anything more?
In-depth, when entering an employee start date, will it or is it in thoughts to become a hard date, for example, a new pay rate or department code change to begin?
Hi Hope,
We do not currently have anything planned for changes to the usage of the employee start date. However, we will pass your feedback along to our development team so they are aware.
Thanks!
