# How reliable is TriNet’s mobile app for paystubs, W-2 downloads?

TriNet’s centralized dashboard is a great feature for quickly accessing paystubs, downloading W-2s, and managing health benefits without having to reach out to HR. I find the desktop experience to be quite intuitive, but I’ve encountered some frustrations with the mobile app. It tends to be slow and occasionally freezes, especially when downloading paystubs. I’m curious if others have faced these issues and if there are any tips to improve the mobile experience.
