Is Creative Collaboration the Key to Unlocking More Efficient Design Workflows?
In the past few years, there’s been a noticeable rise in in-house creative teams, driven by the need to create high-quality, engaging content faster than ever. Businesses are not just competing with other brands for attention. They now have to compete with individuals creating relatable, authentic, and relevant content while maintaining brand compliance.

Wrike is a very capable tool, not only is it a project implementer but we can carry out daily tasks for several employees and track them and see their progress permanently, it is a management tool at all levels.

There are definitely capabilities beyond project management. Two of my top are approvals on deliverables and workload analytics. Using Wrike, everyone's feedback on tactics and the changes they want is visible to everyone else. It makes consensus gathering much easier, and keeps us from revising every time a new piece of feedback is gathered. Wrike also has great analytics. I can easily check everyone's workload and due dates so I'm not overloading the same people.

Wrike can be used many different ways. I have used Wrike for Project Completion sign-off from managers in remote locations. Wrike will date stamp and make it a permanent record. We have also used it to electronically distribute engineering change notices.

We have begun using it to keep a running agenda (and notes) on projects at weekly status update meetings. It's easy to add already running projects into their own folder, change the view to how you want it, and allow easy communication for the team.

I also use Wrike as a CRM. I create a task for each lead and insert their contact data in the description field. I also associate relevant tags for these tasks (leads) and then Wrike keeps them organised as if they were in folders. I add comments as soon as I make contact with that lead, attach documents and files, set reminders, etc. It's very helpful.

Hi Lauren,
If you are a Workfront client you will have access to the Ascent training that can be found at experience.workfront.com. You will need to login and take the training based only our persona within Workfront. I am a consultant that works along with Workfront as Premiere Partners and we also offer persona based training for organizations. Keep in mind the Ascent training is great and will give you a great foundation of knowledge, however your instance of Workfront is most likely tailored to your organization and may have different items turned on or off.

Question on: Wrike
Are you planning to work with Microsoft products in future? There are software developments for project management and we were hoping there were be more collaboration in the future.
Wrike has a lot more functionality than Microsoft Project, in my opinion. its great for Task Management and email alerts. you can also attach documents, though there is no document management feature. Project is a great tool but depending on your company's needs Wrike may be the choice. Also MS Project can integrate with Wrike along with tons of other apps.
