# Are there additional capabilities beyond project management? Seems like it going through this review process.

I guess the question I am looking to ask is if there are capabilities beyond project management. It seems that there are other capabilities or uses - even innovative ways that some users have found Wrike helpful.

I also use Wrike as a CRM. I create a task for each lead and insert their contact data in the description field. I also associate relevant tags for these tasks (leads) and then Wrike keeps them organised as if they were in folders. I add comments as soon as I make contact with that lead, attach documents and files, set reminders, etc. It's very helpful.

We have begun using it to keep a running agenda (and notes) on projects at weekly status update meetings. It's easy to add already running projects into their own folder, change the view to how you want it, and allow easy communication for the team.

Wrike can be used many different ways. I have used Wrike for Project Completion sign-off from managers in remote locations. Wrike will date stamp and make it a permanent record. We have also used it to electronically distribute engineering change notices.

There are definitely capabilities beyond project management. Two of my top are approvals on deliverables and workload analytics. Using Wrike, everyone's feedback on tactics and the changes they want is visible to everyone else. It makes consensus gathering much easier, and keeps us from revising every time a new piece of feedback is gathered. Wrike also has great analytics. I can easily check everyone's workload and due dates so I'm not overloading the same people.
