When it comes to foreign languages, I prefer to learn a language with lingopie, and this platform works way better for me. But I understand that it's better to have several methods to improve language skills. In general, the speed of audio and videos can be lowered to 0.75% and increased to 1.25% in the video toolbar behind the total length of the video.
