<p>Yes. The certification process is you take a course from videos. You take an exam and usually a practicum. If you pass both, you'll get certified.</p>

Yes, various, and some of the best marketing certifications. I saw, after getting certified, that most of the practices taught by HubSpot are best industry practice

Yes, I think so. My company is a HubSpot Partner, so maybe that's why the employees don't pay. But the training for certification is thorough and very well explained.  I'm working on my 3rd certification!
