uFlow is a no-code credit decision engine that lets risk teams at banks, fintechs, retailers, factoring companies and lenders author, test, and deploy credit policies without writing code and without waiting on an engineering sprint.
The platform targets a specific bottleneck: credit policy buried inside core banking code, where a rule change takes months, and where no one can later explain to an auditor why a given application was declined. With uFlow, a credit analyst builds the decision flow, simulates it against historical data, and publishes it to production — with every version governed and every decision traceable.
Governance and traceability — Roles, approvals, and change control sit on top of every policy. Each version is stored with full history, and each decision records its inputs, the rules applied, and the reasons for the outcome. Credit committees, auditors, and customer appeals get a complete, explainable record without exporting data.
Visual policy editor — Build policies as decision flows or decision trees in a 100% web drag-and-drop interface. Branch into multiple paths from a single node and extract many variables from a JSON or XML payload at once. Save any group of nodes as a reusable template, private or shared across the team.
Built-in AI assistant — An AI assistant works alongside the analyst inside the policy editor, helping build and check rule logic from plain-language guidance instead of hand-writing every condition.
Document AI — Documents submitted with an application are read and turned into variables the policy can use, so the decision logic acts on their content instead of waiting for manual data entry.
Simulation and champion/challenger — Test every change against historical data before publishing, then roll it out to a small slice of the portfolio as a challenger against the running champion, so approval-rate and risk impact are measured before full exposure.
Data connectivity — 30+ integrated data providers, including 25+ certified credit bureaus, plus your own REST or SOAP web services and flat files, connected from a single point. Built-in caching means you don't pay twice for the same lookup.
Machine learning without infrastructure — Deploy Python and R models inside decision flows without maintaining separate ML environments, and monitor them in production with performance metrics and drift alerts.
Execution and monitoring — Resolve applications in milliseconds over a REST API, in real time, asynchronously, or in batch, on a 100% serverless platform. Per-policy dashboards show transaction volume, approval and rejection rates, and top rejection reasons in real time.
Policy portability — Export a full policy to a file and re-upload it when needed: your own backups outside the platform, and copies between environments.
Common use cases include credit origination, scoring, credit limit assignment, factoring, business credit assessment, point-of-sale lending, BNPL evaluation, fraud routing across approve, reject, and manual-review lanes, and alternative-data underwriting.
uFlow is built for regulated environments and is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, running serverless on AWS with data encryption, 2FA, and geographically distributed backups.
The platform has processed over 300 million transactions across 80+ implementations in Latin America, with an NPS of 66. Clients include Ualá Bank, Naranja X, Lulo Bank, Banco Serfinanza, RappiCard, RappiPay, albo, HABI, and Colsubsidio.
