Does Koncert dial prospect numbers multiple times in a row in a given session? I've had prospects tell me I called them several times in a row (back to back)I've had prospects tell me I called them several times in a row (back to back)

If you have multiple phone numbers for the same prospect, you can select that only one or all numbers be called. If you select all, they can get multiple calls in a single session - but only once per number. I personally haven't run into this issue.

Great question. With Koncert's parallel dialer, the user has a lot of control over which of the prospect's numbers will be called and when.
You can configure the tool to call multiple numbers like cell, direct and main - one right after another. Of course, we will stop dialing once you get a connect.
The alternative is you can configure a list to only call one of those numbers during a particular session.
