Question on: HiHello
What email platforms does HiHello work with?
We use Google Workspace. Will HiHello’s Email Signature Manager work?
HiHello's Email Signature Manager integrates natively with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, covering Gmail, Outlook desktop, and Outlook Web. For organizations on either of these platforms, signatures are deployed and managed centrally by admins — employees receive their signatures automatically without needing to copy, paste, or configure anything themselves.
For teams using other email clients — including Apple Mail and any client that supports HTML signatures — HiHello signatures can be set up manually on an individual basis. This covers the vast majority of business email environments.
If your organization uses Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, the integration is direct and fully automated. If you use another platform, contact HiHello to confirm compatibility with your specific setup before rolling out.
As far as I know, HiHello supports Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and most other email platforms as long as - https://subwayonline.io they allow the use of HTML signatures.
I'm intrigued by how HiHello integrates with various email platforms! How do these integrations enhance user experience for digital business cards? Do you think this could influence networking practices in the future? https://topgames.gg/hot-games

Question on: HiHello
How does HiHello help marketing teams use email signatures as a campaign channel?
Our marketing team runs promotions and wants banners or CTAs in employee emails. Can we manage those campaigns directly through HiHello?
HiHello lets marketing teams design and deploy campaign banners, CTAs, and promotional content directly into every employee's email signature — from a single admin dashboard, without any action required from employees.
Admins can create multiple signature variants for different campaigns, segments, or departments, and schedule them in advance. A product launch banner, a webinar registration CTA, or a seasonal promotion can be set to go live and expire automatically — so campaigns run on schedule without anyone needing to remember to swap them out. When a campaign ends, the next one activates on its own.
Built-in analytics track which signatures and CTAs are driving clicks and conversions, so marketing teams can measure the channel the same way they measure any other campaign asset. Signatures update in real time across Gmail, Outlook desktop, and Outlook Web without requiring employees to reinstall or reconfigure anything.
I love the idea of using email signatures as a marketing tool—it’s such an underutilized space! I once included a charity link in my signature and saw great engagement. Have you all tried A/B testing different messages? https://freecell-solitaire.io

Question on: HiHello
Do people need the HiHello app to view and save my digital business card?
What happens for non-HiHello users when I share my HiHello digital business card? Can they view and save it without downloading the app?
Noise is one of the defining mechanics of Granny 1. Dropping objects or stepping on certain noisy surfaces can alert Granny and cause her to investigate your location. https://granny1game.github.io

No, people don’t need the HiHello app to view or save your digital business card.
When you share your HiHello card, the recipient receives a link that opens in their web browser, no app or account required. They can view your card instantly, save your contact information directly to their phone or address book, and even share their contact information back with you.
If they later decide to create their own card, they can download the HiHello app, but it’s completely optional for viewing or saving your card.
