# What email platforms does HiHello work with?

We use Google Workspace. Will HiHello’s Email Signature Manager work?

HiHello's Email Signature Manager integrates natively with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, covering Gmail, Outlook desktop, and Outlook Web. For organizations on either of these platforms, signatures are deployed and managed centrally by admins — employees receive their signatures automatically without needing to copy, paste, or configure anything themselves.
For teams using other email clients — including Apple Mail and any client that supports HTML signatures — HiHello signatures can be set up manually on an individual basis. This covers the vast majority of business email environments.
If your organization uses Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, the integration is direct and fully automated. If you use another platform, contact HiHello to confirm compatibility with your specific setup before rolling out.
