Question on: Mitratech Hire
What is the best way to functionalityof software?Answered: Brittney D'Ambra on February 12, 2021
The good news with Recruiterbox is that they've made it where you can start small. I recommend setting up 1 or 2 users and posting your first job. They'll automatically post it to Indeed and other job sites so all you need to do is make sure the content in your job posting is solid. They take care of everything else.
In terms of workflows, I recommend using the defaults and then you can change them as you get comfortable using Recruiterbox. I imagine you can be comfortable using the tool and making your first post within 30 minutes if you have the job post content ready.
Enjoy!

Question on: Calendly
Is there a possibility to organize interviews between clients and candidates???I’m a headhunter, that’s why I deliver candidate profiles to my clients. Whenever they pick their shortlist candidates for a first round of interviews, we head back into Stone Age of manual back and forth when arranging interviews for them

The only way that I think you could do this would be to create a separate type of event for your candidates vs. clients. I have done this by creating a new 'team' for the different appointment types we do, then I can filter by 'team'. Hope this helps.

Calendly would need access to their calendars to coordinate between yours, the candidate, and the potential employer. Short of getting all your clients to use Calendly, my next-best solution would be a tool like a Doodle.com polls, as it allows several people to vote on availability at different times.
