The good news with Recruiterbox is that they've made it where you can start small. I recommend setting up 1 or 2 users and posting your first job. They'll automatically post it to Indeed and other job sites so all you need to do is make sure the content in your job posting is solid. They take care of everything else. In terms of workflows, I recommend using the defaults and then you can change them as you get comfortable using Recruiterbox. I imagine you can be comfortable using the tool and making your first post within 30 minutes if you have the job post content ready. Enjoy!

Calendly would need access to their calendars to coordinate between yours, the candidate, and the potential employer. Short of getting all your clients to use Calendly, my next-best solution would be a tool like a Doodle.com polls, as it allows several people to vote on availability at different times.
