# How can we create a team calendar with contractors.

I have agents that are 1099 with me and should have a free version of cake fly or paid. However, I want to be able to get them in front of clients based on availability of a shared team so if the client wants to meet with anyone available that it is possible without going to each of their calendars

You would have to add your 'contractors' as users to calendly.  You would have to pay to add them to the account.
