Question on: JumpCloud
What are the best practices that you suggest for the best security level for the employees using it.
Example it's suggested to use MFA and the password requirements settings.
Hey, Brandon with JumpCloud here — we discuss this in some detail in our Admin Guide to Working from Home with JumpCloud. While that piece focuses on remote workers and systems, most of the guidance there applies equally to on-premises workers and systems as well. We cover strong password policies, anti-phishing measures, system hardening, full disk encryption, MFA for systems and applications, RADIUS for networks, and quite a bit more. https://jumpcloud.com/resources/working-from-home-jumpcloud-admin-guide
Single Sign On with MFA token, forceful password change, self password change are some best practices

Question on: JumpCloud
Does JumpCloud works with IP whitelisting / network based access restrictions?
We want to integrate with internal portals that are behind IP whitelisting / network based access restrictions. Not sure if this kind of integration is supported out of the box.
Hey, Brandon with JumpCloud here. I just noticed this question from some time ago. Part of our roadmap is to deliver conditional authentication for User Portal access later this year. That is going to be focused on using conditions like Trusted Devices and Trusted Networks to shape authentication control. We are working on it now with no exact delivery timeframe, but it's coming. Stay tuned!
Yes, this feature was just rolled out.
