Question on: Mouseflow
What do you mean by a session?
Hi Aishwarya! Mouseflow records full visitor sessions, which is a complete recording of a visitor’s full journey on your website. No matter if the visitor loads one or many pages during the visit, we will count this as one session recording. Here's more detailed description: a session is created when a new user accesses your site, or when the Mouseflow session ends and the user performs a new action on your site. A Mouseflow session ends if one of the following scenarios occur:
- The user is inactive for more than 30 min.
- The users are active on a page for more than 1 hour.
- The user has more than 100 page views.
- The user clears browser cookies
- The user loads the website in an incognito tab.
- If you perform a 'mouseflow.stopSession()' call at any time on your site.
I'll be happy to answer any additional question you might have!
Cheers,
Anna

Question on: Tealeaf by Acoustic
What is the most useful feature that most customers impressed out of v10 features.
let me know
Hi Madhu,
Thanks for your question -
By far, the most anticipated and exciting feature of v10 is Enhanced Native Mobile Replay. This gives customers high-fidelity, video-like replay for native mobile applications - complete with fully controllable privacy / security masking.
A close second, though, is our easy connection to Acoustic Exchange. Formerly known as Universal Behavior Exchange, Acoustic Exchange provides a simple, standardized integration between Experience Analytics (Tealeaf) and an almost limitless set of endpoints. Customers can now publish virtually any event from Experience Analytics (Tealeaf) to any other endpoint they use.
Finally, our complete revamp of the user interface, including the underlying UI technology, has been long awaited by these same customers. We've modernized the look, the feel, and the workflows that these customers rely on.
Let me know if you have any additional questions - happy to connect you with the team.
Thanks!
Olivia
