# Why leave and not solve the minor glitches?

Minor glitches like NaN when selecting the date range or the mix of alphabet and numbers in the date displays. Probably, the mix of numbers and alphabets like Ten where 10 is expected also a translation issue. If so, why not provide a default translation, like an option to select the default language for each individual user profile? And why is it so difficult to regain control of an account once it is lost. My contact number was never accepted as a valid number :(
