Yes! Geopointe works in the Sales/Service Console view of Salesforce. The map page is "console-aware" and now opens links to the Map page while keeping the user within the console. The one exception to this is if you want to use Map buttons on record pages, which allows you to launch the Map centered on that particular location. Check out the Console Setup document on creating custom buttons.

Yes, Geopointe is a 100% native app. It runs on the Salesforce platform. It does communicate with 3rd party services to complete its work and you can learn more about those in our Data Security document.

Yes, Geopointe supports the following languages: English (this is the default language for the application) Finnish French German Italian Japanese Norwegian Portuguese (Brazil) Russian Spanish Swedish Please note that language support is only available on the end user pages (e.g. Map page in Salesforce Classic, Lightning Experience and Salesforce mobile app). The Geopointe Setup pages (for admins) are in English only.
