on the home page, it has sections stating what your sales goal is and how far away you are from achieving this goal. How do you change that number?

My biggest speed bump is not being able to sort any of the columns when I am printing letters. The system only sorts it by date so when you are printing over 300+ letters it is very time consuming to have to hand sort each letter in order to match it up to the address labels. Having a sort function would make my job a heck of a lot easier. For my second question: there doesnt seem to be a way to get back to your letter after you print it. The only option you have is to go to the letter home.
