Question on: DonorPerfect
How often do you make product updates, and how are those decision's made?
Product Updates and Development
We make updates to DonorPerfect on a monthly basis. Our customers have asked us not to make major updates in December and January, since these are busy times for end of year giving, and then reporting, so we make only minor "behind the scenes" changes at those times. We get many of our product enhancements from our clients. We solicit feedback from our "suggest and vote" tools in our DonorPerfect Community page, our annual client conference, and suggestions received during training and support conversations. We also take advantage of new technology developments, changes in laws (new requirements), and industry best practices. Lastly, we have a team of developers, product managers and user experience (UX) professionals that are devoted to finding new ways to make DonorPerfect easier to use, save more time, and provide more value.
