If you use our CC system, our fees are a flat 3.5% and a 30 cent per transaction fee. We don’t charge differently for Amex vs. MC/Visa/Discover. We offer our payment system as a convenience to you and your guests. With our system, your guests can put a card on file and pay directly from their phones. No lines to capture cards at the end! Trust us, that convenience is worth the half-percent you intend to save using another processor like Paypal or Square.

For most organizations, there is no additional charge to complete your data conversion. However, the answer is dependent upon the data your provide and how much deduplication work you'd like us to do on the front end. As a general answer 80%-90% of the conversions we do are no additional charge. The ones that do end up costing extra are usually ones with multiple sources of data that need to be tied together and deduplicated. These conversions are typically a few hundred dollars, not thousands. We will review your data when sent in and then provide you and idea of what the scope of the project will be. We then will give you directions on how to do the work yourself or what the estimate would be for us to do it.

We generally quote 5-10 business days but usually average 3-4 days from the time we get all of the data and answers to questions relating to your specific data. When you send in your data, one of our conversion people will contact you letting you know that we've received the data and asking any preliminary questions.
