Even today, in 15 of the 50 U.S. states, not wearing a seat belt isn’t a violation. However, the 1968 Motor Vehicle Safety Standard was the first regulatory compliance that made it mandatory for car manufacturers to provide seat belts for all vehicles. In other words, car manufacturers have to offer seat belts, but drivers don’t always have to use them. It has the highest G2 Satisfaction score in the category and the deepest review base among the top-rated (4.6 from 880+ reviews). Seems like a strong score that a number of reviews have actually stress-tested. I wonder what training managers say about it.  - [**EasyLlama**](https://www.g2.com/products/easyllama/reviews): It also has a near-perfect G2 satisfaction score and 4.8 rating across 390+ reviews, with ~97% saying they’d recommend it. Trust runs high, but how does it actually support training instructors? - [**Mitratech Mineral**](https://www.g2.com/products/mitratech-mineral/reviews): It appears to be SMB favorite and has 4.8 rating, standout quality-of-support scores, and the clear leader on the small-business grid. From the numbers, it’s the one lean teams keep vouching for.  - [**Continu**](https://www.g2.com/products/continu/reviews): It also has high marks at real volume on G2: 4.6 rating across 710+ reviews. This is also a trustable tool backed by a large review base here. Adoption and review-trust aren't the same. And that’s the read I’d like from software researchers and reviewers here. Looking to understand whose platform a training manager would still defend a year in, and which would you actually trust to run a training program. I’d look beyond the headline rating and ask what training managers consistently praise after the platform has been running for a year. Trust usually shows up in four places: reliable automation, accurate reporting, responsive support, and whether the system stays manageable as the program grows. From what I saw, a few that come up for actually pulling it off are EasyLlama, KnowBe4 Compliance Plus, Ethena, and Traliant.  I’d love your take on them and I’ve an honest question on each: - [**EasyLlama**](https://www.g2.com/products/easyllama/reviews): It’s best known for bite-sized, mobile-first "episodes" that mix video, interactive scenarios, and real-life examples. But does the short-episode format hold up on the dense topics (data privacy, AML), or is it strongest on the human ones like harassment? - [**KnowBe4 Compliance Plus**](https://www.g2.com/products/knowbe4-compliance-plus/reviews): It also provides short, interactive modules with simulated real-life scenarios that are dripped out in small doses across the year. I want to know is the engagement in the content itself, or mostly in breaking annual training into snackable pieces? - [**Ethena**](https://www.g2.com/products/ethena/reviews): Its entire pitch is training employees like modern, relatable, un-boring, and reviewers on G2 largely back that up. Does that likability translate into behavior change, or just into people minding it less? - [**Traliant**](https://www.g2.com/products/traliant/reviews): TV-style, Hollywood-produced episodes with branching “pick what happens next" scenarios. It's the most cinematic of the bunch. Does the production value keep paying off past the first episode? Beyond wanting to know which is genuinely engaging, I want to know if engaging actually shows up as retention or behavior change or as higher completion rates?  I’d separate engagement into three levels: people complete the course, people remember the lesson, and people actually change their behavior. A platform can be strong at the first without proving much about the other two.
