Asset managers, maintenance managers, and facility teams use it to reduce reactive maintenance, improve asset uptime, and maintain audit readiness. When used together, Spacewell Workplace and Spacewell Asset create an integrated operational layer for buildings: Workplace captures how space is actually used by people, while Asset monitors the technical infrastructure and services that keep those spaces running. A service request submitted by an employee in the Workplace app can automatically generate a work order in Asset, which is then dispatched to the responsible maintenance team or contractor.
