i'm not able to change or edit my signature now, specially cant put image in my signature

As I moved to Germany here my company and my University both have their own mailing systems I want to open those emails in Gmail as so far now only Gmail allows us to translate the emails directly instead of copy-paste to some other translators. I want to translate my emails on the go with just one click.

While sending many documents. I have to send many times due to lesser space sending at a time
