What is the best way to determine my Active List size?
Many of my clients think bigger is better when it comes to their active list size. In what ways can I tell them a healthy list means more, while also satisfying their needs?

We use a strict opened email within the 120 days rule. Those that haven't opened in 4 months are not really engaged with the brand and you can start to remove those who haven't engaged. obviously depending on your cycle this length of time can be shortened/lengthened but as Klaviyo is billed on the list size, you can save money too by removing 'dead' emails.

There's a button which says "save" if you work in HTML directly. Else, you have to save each time you edit a box. It does auto save though. Then just click "Done Editing".
Sometimes, however , it does "hang" and it's def not my internet to blame.

Jennifer,
after editing any block you need to click Save (bottom right corner) in order to close that block. That saves all the work you’ve done - you do not need to exit the editor to save it additionally.

You don't actually run it under your domain. You use an email address from your domain as the FROM address. It is best to setup DKIM so your mail is more trusted, because it is being sent on behalf of your domain. With DKIM, it tells the recipient's server that CTCT is a trusted sender on your behalf.
